Delphi

The Oracle at Delphi was where the ancient world went before making decisions that mattered. Kings, generals, and city-states would travel for days to consult it, not because it told them what to do but because it forced them to confront what they hadn't considered.

Most companies today make their biggest decisions the same way they always have: someone with authority walks into a room, makes a case, and the room either agrees or stays quiet. The data exists somewhere, the risks are known by someone, but the process of actually pressure-testing an idea before committing to it is still shockingly informal. I've watched this happen up close in the Gulf, where the stakes are enormous and the decision-making culture tends to reward consensus over challenge.

Delphi is what I'm building to change this. It's a platform that takes a business decision and runs it through multiple AI perspectives before you execute, each one designed to stress-test the idea from a different angle. A room full of the smartest, most honest advisors you could ask for, except they'll actually tell you what's wrong with your plan instead of nodding along.

I'm not ready to show everything yet. But this is the thing I think about when I'm not thinking about anything else.
